Using this website

These terms apply to your use of this website, including the waitlist. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. “Rein”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of this website, a pre-launch project based in the United States.

About Rein

Rein is a card for the age of AI that is still in development. Rein is not a bank, and it doesn’t currently offer any card, account or financial product. Nothing on this website is an offer, a solicitation or financial advice.

Everything described or shown here, including the card’s appearance and materials, is a preview. It may change, and Rein may never launch. Any product we offer in the future will come with its own terms, which you would need to accept separately.

The waitlist

• Joining is free and optional. You must be at least 18 years old to join.
• Joining doesn’t guarantee access to Rein, a card, approval for any product, or a particular place in line. It doesn’t create any obligation for you or for us.
• Please join only with your own email address.
• We may change, pause or close the waitlist at any time.

How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Notice.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• submit someone else’s email address without their permission;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to submit sign-ups or collect content from the website;
• try to disrupt, overload or break the website or its security, or access areas you’re not authorized to;
• use the website for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.

We may block access for anyone who does.

Our content

The Rein name, wordmark, card design, visual identity, text and other content on this website belong to Rein or its licensors. You may view the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse its content or design without our written permission. The website’s typefaces are used under their open-source licenses.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rein won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the website or the waitlist. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to fifty US dollars (US$50). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If you keep using the website after that, you accept the updated terms. We may also change or stop running the website at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Rein’s operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived by contract.
